This uncommon 1987 Kawasaki ZL1000 Eliminator has recently been imported from North America where its spent all its life.
As you can see it's missing it's front mudguard, there is a small dent in the RH side of the tank, a small tear in the seat cover, a few light marks in the paint and the key doesn't turn in the tank cap. Otherwise this bike is in very good condition for it's age.
The wheels look straight
Forks look straight with bright chrome
Headlight, tailight and indicators all look good
Instruments look ok and switches move freely
The carburettor is free sliding off the twistgrip
The exhausts are solid
When we hooked it up to a good battery we had it firing, running and revving on easystart but the carb and fuel system will need some attention.
